中国高等美术教育改革模式探讨

A Study on the Reform Model of China Higher Fine Art Education

曾长时间深刻影响中国高等美术教育的"法国模式",已于20世纪60年代顺应时代的要求,开始了巨大的变革。而时至今日,中国高等美术教育却仍徘徊在一百年前的法国美术教育的藩篱内。由此,相对于中国日益发展的经济、政治、文化和发生巨大变化的社会现实,高等美术教育出现了迟滞落后的种种问题。要解决这些问题,实现中国高等美术教育管理体制和运行机制的与时俱进,就必须秉承宽容超越、自主创新的精神,按照社会发展变化需求,顺应世界高等美术教育潮流,在高等美术教育的管理体制、招生制度、学制学位结构布局、系科设置与课程结构等方面,进行既大刀阔斧又循序渐进的改革。

As a response to the trend of times, the＂French Model＂ ,which once profoundly influenced China higher fine art education for a long period of time, has made dramatic changes. Up to the time being, China higher fine art education is still unable to go through the barriers set up by the French fine art education one hundred years ago. As a result, China higher fine art education lags behind the enormous changes in the field of economics, politics, culture and society, and causes many problems. In order to solve these problems and develop the management system and operational mechanism of China higher fine art education with time, we have to uphold tolerance, transcendence, the spirit of independent innovation and carry out bold and progressive reforms in the management system, enrollment system, structure and layout of academic degrees, departments and curriculum structure of higher fine art education in accordance with social development, following the trend of world higher fine art education.
