掺杂BTO基压电陶瓷制备及介电性能

Preparation of power doped BTO-based piezoelectric ceramic and its dielectric properties

摘要 采用特殊液相沉淀法,以BaCl2、SrCl2.6H2O、TiCl4为原料,制备了BaxSr1-xTiO3和BaxSr1-x-yLayTiO3纳米粉体。研究了BaxSr1-xTiO3和BaxSr1-x-yLayTiO3陶瓷的形貌特征、密度及介电性能。结果表明,BaxSr1-xTiO3和BaxSr1-x-yLayTiO3纳米粉体分散性好;粒径分布范围窄,粒径小于20 nm;掺杂后介电常数增大,最大为18 000;介质损耗减小,最小为40。 The powders of Bax Sr1-x TiO3 and Ba, Sr1-x-y Lay TiO3 were prepared successfully by special liquidphase precipitation method with BaCl2 ,SrCl2·6H2O, TiCl4 as raw materials. The morphology, density and dielectric properties of Ba, Srl_,TiO3 and Bax Sr1-x-y LayTiO3 were studied. The results show that the dispersion of Bax Sr1-x TiO3 and Bax Sr1-x-y Lay TiO3 are good; narrow the scope of particle size distribution, the granule diameter mean value is smaller than 20 nm; dielectric constant increase after doping, the maximum value is 18 000. The dielectric loss is reduced, the minimum value is 40.
