先秦兵家的治道思想以"道胜"为宗旨,以"不战而屈人之兵"为目标,以"悬权而动"为行为标准,以"分数"为运行形态,以"文武相济"为约束机制,构成了兵家思想的管理观。即包括管理的本质观、目标观、行为观、组织观、控制观,以此构建了管理型兵家的治道模式。

The purpose of the governance thought of the military strategist is ＂By Dao （the right way）＂. The goal is to break the enemy＇s resistance without fighting. The behavior criterion is to ponder deliberately before making a move. It regards the fraction as the operation form and takes the interaction of civil and military as the disciplinary mechanism. All above compose the concept of the military strategists＇ management thought. That is the essential view, the target viewpoint, the behavioral perspective, the organization view, and the controlling view of the management. Those comprise the governance model of the management type of the military strategists.
