鞍山地区中小学体育教师继续教育现状分析

Analysis of PE teachers' continuation education in Anshan primary and seconary schools

对鞍山地区496名中小学体育教师进行调查,了解目前中小学体育教师继续教育的现状,分析当前体育教师继续教育过程中存在的主要问题,并据此提出转变观念,提高教师对继续教育的认识,树立新课程理念以及新的培训理念,注重培训内容的可操作性及超前意识,将继续教育纳入法制化的轨道,形成和完善激励机制等建议。

The writer investigated 496 P.E. teachers in Anshan primary and secondary schools, found out their current situations of continuation education, analyzed the main problems that were existing in the process of continuation education and put forward corresponding measures and suggestions according to this situation： Teachers are suggested to change the notion and improve their understanding of continuation education, to set up the new curriculum concept and the new training philosophy, to pay more attention to operability of training content and superior consciousness, to bring continuation education into legalized track and to form and improve incentive mechanism.
