摘要
肉苁蓉(Cistanche deserticola Y.C.Ma)为列当科植物肉苁蓉属多年生寄生性植物,其化学成分含有苯乙醇苷类、多糖、环烯醚萜、木质素及半乳糖醇等。药理研究表明,肉苁蓉具有抗衰老、增强人体免疫力、增强记忆和学习能力和抗炎、抗疲劳等作用。由于当前市场流通的肉苁蓉类药材混乱,并且评价肉苁蓉药材质量的标准过于局限,为了更好地评价肉苁蓉的质量,保证药材及其产品的疗效,本文从鉴别和成分分析两个方面,对肉苁蓉质量控制及评价方法的研究进展作一综述。
Cistanche deserticola Y. C. Ma is Hoffmgg et Link. The chemical analysis （PhGs）, polysaccharides, iridoids, lignans, a perennial parasitic plant of family Orobanchaceae, genus Cistanche indicated that various compounds, including phenylethanoid glycosides alditols, oligosaceharides and polysaccharides, et al. Pharmacological research showed that Cistanche deserticola possess a wide spectrum of activities, such as anti-aging and enhancing immunity, advancing the ability to learn and memorize, enhancing immunity and antifatigue. Because of confusion in market and limitation of standard of quality assessment of C. deserticola, in order to assess the quality of C. deserticola better, ensure crude drugs and products effect, we reviewed research progress on quality control and assessment of C. deserticola at the mathods of indentification and components analyse.
