发挥滨海新区区位优势，打造中药现代化强市

Build Binhai New Area with Modern TCM Strength

天津市是国家认定的中药现代化科技产业基地,国家生物医药国际创新园落户在天津。天津市委市政府高度重视中药现代化工作,成立了由市委常委出任领导小组组长的天津市中药现代化领导小组,出台了多项政策予以扶持。近年来,天津市围绕中药现代化科技产业基地和国家生物医药国际创新园的建设,开展了卓有成效的工作,一是通过和完善中药科技创新体系,提升了津市中药行业整体创新能力;二是通过现代中药"产学研"联盟,以大品种二次开发为主要内容,带动了药品种的研发与产业化,已初步形成了行之有效的中药大品种二次开发的模式;三是以企业为创新主体,通过打造现代中药企业集团,提升了创新能力,实现了专业化、规模化发展。

Tianjin is an R＆D center designated by the central government to modernize traditional Chinese medicines. As a result, China International Innovation Park for Biotechnology and Medicine makes Tianjin its home. Tianjin Municipal Government has paid sustained attention to the initiative of TCM modernization, and established a steering panel membered with senior municipal officials for the purpose. In recent years, Tianjin Municipal Government has issued a range of policies to support the efforts, including enhancing the innovation capacity building of TCM industry in the city, through creating a well functioned technology innovation system; encouraging the second round of the development of major TCM products, by taking full advantage the combined efforts of industry, universities and research institutes; and facilitating the professional and scale development of TCM industry in the city, by turning industry into a key player of innovation, and by forging up modern TCM groups.
