摘要
探讨帕米膦酸二钠（阿可达）对转移性骨肿瘤的疗效。自１９９６年９月～１９９７年９月，应用阿可达治疗２５例恶性肿瘤骨转移患者。２５例中，止痛有效率９２．０％，活动能力改善率６９．５％，毒副反应轻微。阿可达疗效显著，安全可靠。
To evaluate the analgesic effect of Pamidronate in patients with metastatic bone cancer, from Sep. 1996 to Sep. 1997, 25 patients with metastatic bone cancer were treated with Aredia made by Novartis Pharma Ltd. The overall remission rate of the bone pain was 92.0% and the physical rehabilitative improvement was observed in 69.5% of the 25 patients. The toxicity was mild. Aredia is an effective and safe drug and warants wider clinical use.
