随着广西老龄化及养老问题日益加深,在推动社会化养老方面,对政府政策进行更新非常必要。作为解决计划生育政策后续影响的需要,应有相应养老政策作为善后弥补;实行政策倾斜,有助于调动更多必要的行政力量、社会资源进入社会养老领域;在推进社会化养老的过程中,有大量事务需要政策的扶持与介入管理。应当找准政府政策更新的着力点,以充分发挥其对社会养老事业的扶持与引导作用。
