摘要
大鼠预先灌胃２．８％中华胃宝２ｍｌ／１００ｇ体重后能抑制消炎痛溃疡、利血平溃疡及结扎幽门溃疡的形成，缩小醋酸溃疡的面积和体积，其抑制率分别为５６％、８３％、５０％、８３％和９４％。与各对照组比较差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０５）。中华胃宝对胃溃疡大鼠的胃液分泌量及胃酸的影响与对照组比较无明显差异。
Zhonghua Weibao(ZHWB)diminished the number of the gastric ulcers induced by indomethacin,reserpine and pyloric ligation,and pretreatment with ZHWB lessened the ulcers in the 3 models by 56%,83%and 50% respectively.The volume and area of chronic gastric ulcers induced by 10% acetic acid were also markedly inhibited by ZHWB.The inhibitory rates were 83% and 94%,respectively.Compared with the control group,ZHWB did not significantly affect the quantity of gastric juice secretion and gastric acid.
