人类 ApoE 基因型存在多态性,这种多态性是心血管疾病危险性的决定因子之一。作者分析了心肌梗塞患者 ApoE 基因型及基因型对血脂浓度的影响。实验显示:患者 ApoE 基因型对胆固醇、LDL、ApoB和 ApoE 浓度有显著影响;胆固醇、Lp(a)和年龄对 CAD 发病是显著的和独立的标志物。ApoE 基因多态性可能是通过对血脂的影响,从而间接对 CAD 发病起作用。

The human apolipoprotein E (apo E) gene is polymorphic,and this polymorphism is one of the risk factors determining the development of cardiovascular diseases.We analyzed the apo E genotype in myocardial infarction patients,and its influence on lipid metabolism.Apo E genotype has significance effect on the concentration of cholesterol,LDL,ApoB and Apo E.Cholesterol,Lp(a) and age were independent risk factors for coronary heart diseases.We supposed that the apo E polymorphism may play a role indirectly in the development of coronary heart disease,possibly by influencing blood lipid levels.
