会阴部B超与Bishop评分的相关研究

A Study on Relativity between Parameters of Transperineal Ultrasonography and Bishop Score System

采用会阴部超声技术,观察足月孕妇宫颈超声影像指标与 Bishop 评分有关参数间的相关关系。78例孕妇的检查结果显示:会阴部超声与 Bishop 评分有关参数在宫颈长度、内口扩张程度、先露高度间存在相关性(P<0.01),而宫颈位置的检查不存在相关性(P>0.05)。指检往往低估宫颈的实际长度;超声与传统的Bishop 评分虽在检查结果上存在差异,但因其具有客观性强、重复性好的优点,可以用于评估孕期宫颈成熟度的变化和临产的预测。

To observe the relativity between parameters of transperineal ultrasonograph and Bishop score in term pregnancy.The parameters of cervical length,dilation,presentation position, cervix position were examined by transperineal ultrasonography and digital examination in 78 cases of term pregnancy women.The results showed transperineal ultrasound was correlated with Bishop's scoring in the assessment of length,dilatation,and presentation (r=0.29922,0.54,0.3743 respectively, P<0.01),while there was no relationship in cervix position between two methods (r=0.1588,P>0.05). The digital examination always underestimated cervical length (t=11.6098,P=0.0000) when compared with ultrasound.Conclusion:Transperineal ultrasonography is an objective,reproducible technique for assessing cervical ripening and for prediction of on set of labor.
