摘要 通过分析31例手术证实的小儿神经管闭合不全的 MRI 影像学资料,认为 MRI 无疑是目前诊断小儿神经管闭合不全的最佳检查方法,但有其局限性。 The MRI manifestations of 31 pediatric patients with spinal dysraphism were analyzed.Compared with surgery,MRI was believed to be the best way to make a diagnosis of spinal dysraphism currently.But is also had some limitations.The reason was discussed in this article.
