摘要
目的 :探讨人参果皂甙对失血性休克犬心肌的保护作用。方法 :采用健康杂种犬 1 6只 ,随机均分为失血性休克组 (HS,放血使血压降至 5.3k Pa,并在这个血压上维持 5h)和失血性休克人参果皂甙治疗组 (HSG,放血前 1 h肌注人参果皂甙生理盐水溶液 ,2 5mg/kg体重 ,其它处理同 HS组 )。观察失血后 5h犬存活率及心肌超微结构和 Ca2 +改变。结果 :与 HS组比较 ,1 HSG组犬存活率明显提高 ,差异显著 (P<0 .0 0 5) ;2 HSG组犬心肌超微结构病变 ,如肌膜、肌原纤维、肌浆网、线粒体、闰盘等细胞器损害明显减轻 ;3HSG组犬心肌肌浆网内 Ca2 +增加 ,线粒体内 Ca2 +减少。结论 :这些结果从不同水平上提示人参果皂甙有抗休克。
Objective:In this paper,protective effect of ginsenoside from fruit on myocardium in hemorrhagic shock dogs was studied.Methods:Sixteen mongrel dogs were equally divided into hemorrhagic shock group (HS,caused by artery bleeding and arterial blood pressure to 5.3 kPa which was maintained for 5 h) and hemorrhagic shock ginsenoside group (HSG,ginsenoside from fruit was IV injected into dogs at 15 mg/kg BW before bleeding and other treatment was as same as HS).Survival rate of dogs after bleeding for 5 h and changes of ultrustructure and Ca 2+ in myocardium of dogs were observed.Results:In comparison with HS,①Survival rate of dogs in HSG after bleeding for 5 h significantly increased, P <0 05;②Ultrustructural damages,e.g,sarcolemma myofibrils,sarcoplasmic reticulum,mitochondria and intercalated disc of myocardium in dogs of HSG markedly decreased.③Ca 2+ contents of sarcoplasmic reticulum increased and mitochondria decreased in myocardium of dogs of HSG.Conclusion:These results suggest that ginsenoside from fruit possesses the protective effect on myocardium in hemorrhagic shock dogs.
