Homeotransplantation of xenogenous adrenal capsule in subrenal capsule in adult rat

目的 :为临床肾上腺同种异体移植提供一种简便有效的方法。方法 :切除大鼠双侧肾上腺 ,将同种异体肾上腺包膜移植于肾被膜下 (SRC) ,观察移植物再生情况。结果 :移植包膜可存活及再生 ,单纯移植组术后早期未见到淋巴细胞浸润 ,与加用硫唑嘌呤组组织学变化一致 ,两组各期血浆皮质酮无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5) ;再加用 ACTH可促进移植体再生 ,且再生的肾上腺可长期存活 ,并能发挥正常的内分泌功能。结论 :SRC是良好的移植床且无排斥反应发生。

Objective:The experiment will provide a convenient and effective way in clinic adrenal transp lantation.Methods:Adrenal capsule in syngenic rat was transplanted in subrenal capsule (SRC) after bilateral adrenal gland were removed.Results:The transplanted capsule might live and regenerate.The lymphocyte infiltration was not observed in the early stage after operation.The same variety in morphology was found in both the simple transplantation and the Azathinprine group.Conclusion:The result showed that SRC was a favourable transplantation site and the reaction of rejection did not take place.The group in which ACTH was used might improve transplanted capsule to regenerate.Regenerated adrenal gland might live for long time and exert normal secretive function.
