自制钨丝弹簧圈血管内栓塞颅内动脉瘤

Endovascular occlusion of intracranial aneurysms with wolfram coils made by ourselves

目的 :报告 5例颅内动脉瘤 ,采用自制钨丝微弹簧圈血管内栓塞治疗 ,对其适应证、治疗时机及主要并发症进行分析和讨论。方法 :自 1 996年 6月至 1 997年 5月 ,我们对 5例颅内动脉瘤 ,经股动脉插管 (导管为 Tracker- 1 8,Magic 3F/2 F) ,用微弹簧圈血管内栓塞动脉瘤。结果 :4例动脉瘤被完全栓塞 ,1例部分栓塞 ,载瘤动脉通畅 ,无并发症及死亡。结论 :自制微弹簧圈栓塞颅内动脉瘤是一种有效的。

Objective:Intracranial aneuryms in 5 cases were embolized with wolfram coils which were made by ourselves.The authors discuss the indications,complications and treatment opportunity of embolized aneurysms.Methods:From June,1996 to May,1997,we treated 5 cases of intracranial aneurysms with microcoil and cather (Tracker-18,Magic 3F/2F).Results:In 4 cases,the lumen of aneurysms were occluded totally;1,subtotally.The blood stream of the parent artery still circulated in 5 cases.Complication and death were not seen in all cases.Conclusion:Microcoil is one of the most effective and inexpensive method to treat intracranial aneurysms.
