再论“公共社会”

On The Com-society

"公共社会"不仅是一个新概念,更是一个新理念。实际上,"公共社会"就是由"公社会"和"共社会"两个子系统互为前提、彼此架构和相互运动形成、变化和发展的。从机制角度看,它又是靠"人民民主"、"公共管理"和"公共政策"等基本动力来促动和推动的。现实是,随着现代生产力的发展和生产方式的更替,"公共社会"的理念已经变得越来越现实,建设一个富裕、平等和民主的"公共社会"的现实可能性也就越来越大。

This paper explains a new concept of ＂com - society＂. The word ＂com＂ can be interpreted as ＂constitution, mixture, pub lic, coowned, partner, communicate＂ etc. Virtually, comsociety is transformed and evolved from ＂public society＂ and ＂co society＂ , both of which are premises for each other, mutually structured and interacted. While from the perspective of mechanism, it is also promoted by ＂people democracy＂, ＂public administration＂ and ＂public policy＂. The reality is that the belief of ＂com - society＂ has become more and more realistic with the development of modern productivity and replacement of the modes of production. Consequently, the possibility of building a rich, equal and democratic comsociety is becoming greater, which requires scholars to give a thorough and fundamental reflection and description.
