“校府合作”：公共管理专业人才培养模式的新探索

Cooperation between University and Government:A New Exploration of Training Modes for Public Administration Professionals

随着我国公共管理学科的发展,公共管理专业人才培养模式的探索也在不断前进。东北大学通过多年来学生毕业实习环节的"校府合作"模式,探索出了一条人才培养新途径。本文总结人才培养模式的实践,反思了其中的经验与不足,并提出了相应的完善对策。

With the development of Chinese public administration, Universities are also making progress in exploring ways of training capable professionals. The Department of Public Administration of School of Humanities and Law at the Northeastern University has explored a new approach to train capable professionals through the internship program of graduate students with various government offices. Based on such practice and experience the Department of Public Administration found out a rational planning for the cooperation between university and government, hence, it improved the cooperation mechanisms, achieved a win - win situation between the university and the government, and enhanced the quality of the training mode of capable professionals for public administration in the University.
