摘要
办学特色,是社会各界普遍关注的一个重大理论和实践问题。针对我国高等教育"千校一面"的现状,培育办学特色,尤其对新建本科院校而言,是积极主动地在新形势下继承与创新自身的办学传统,求得生存与发展,获得持续竞争力和竞争优势的战略举措,也是高等教育多样化发展的现实需要。
School feature is a practical issue that has caused the wide concern from the society. In view of the ＂similarity among universities＂ status quo of the higher education in our country, the cultivation of school feature is very important for newly - established universities. This paper points out the significance of school feature cultivation and gives some suggestion.
