摘要 为了实现对膏药等薄型材料的宽幅高速打孔以增加其透气性,提出了一种采用高功率连续CO2激光器在线打孔的实现方案,并从方案原理和光路设计上对其进行研究和实验分析。在采用连续激光输入的情况下,通过半透半反镜分光和多棱镜分光相结合的密集分光的方法将一束连续光转变为多束脉冲光从而扩展加工头数,实现高速打孔。采用2000W激光器,当膏药运行速度不大于8m/min时,膏药幅宽为800mm~960mm,孔距为5mm~6mm,孔径为0.2mm-0.8mm。结果表明,该系统能应用于各种宽幅面打孔的实际生产。 In order to increase the permeability of the sticking plaster, high speed, high power laser drilling was applied on the product line. Its principle and optical design was studied. With the combination of beam splitters and a polygon scanner, a continuous beam was split into many pulsed beams and the drilling speed was increased. Based on a 2000W CO2 laser,when the speed of sticking plaster was 8m/rain,the drilling width ranged 800mm -900mm, the space between neighbor holes was 5mm 6mm with hole diameters of 0. 2mm -0.8mm. The results meet the need of production efficiency and permeability.
