胡蔓藤中非生物碱类化学成分的分离与鉴定 被引量:2

摘要 目的为进一步开发利用胡蔓藤(Gelsemium elegans Bentlx)中非生物碱类化学成分提供依据。方法采用HPD-800大孔吸附树脂色谱、硅胶柱色谱和ODS中压柱色谱分离,采用葡聚糖凝胶LH-20柱色谱及制备液相纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果分离鉴定了7个非生物碱类化合物,分别为东莨菪内酯(scopoletin,1)、咖啡酸乙酯(caffeic acid ethyl ester,2)、肉桂酸(cinnamic acid,3)、水杨酸(salicylic acid,4)、香草酸(vanillic acid,5)、白藜芦醇(resveratrol,6)、正三十六烷醇(hexatriacontan-1-ol,7)。结论化合物2-4、6为首次从胡蔓藤属植物中分离得到。 Objective To investigate the non-alkaloid constituents from the whole plant of Gelsemium elegans Benth. Methods Solvent extraction and column chromatography were used to isolate the non-alkaloid constituents, and physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis were employed for the determination of the structures. Results Seven compounds were isolated, and their structures were identified as scopoletin ( 1 ), caffeic acid ethyl ester (2), cinnamic acid (3), salicylic acid (4), vanillic acid ( 5 ), resveratrol ( 6 ) and hexatriacontan-l-ol(7). Conclusions Compounds 2-4 and 6 are obtained from this genus for the first time.
