关东丁香化学成分的分离与鉴定 被引量:5

摘要 目的扩大关东丁香(Syringa veutina Kom)的药用资源。方法采用硅胶柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为(-)-橄榄脂素((-)-olivil,1)、(-)-开环异落叶松脂素9-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷((-)-secoisrariciresinol-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,2)、橄榄苦苷(oleuropein,3)、demethyloleuropein(4)、10-羟基橄榄苦苷(10-hydroxyoleuropein,5)、lucidumoside C(6)。结论化合物2、6为丁香属植物中首次分离得到,化合物1、4、5为关东丁香植物中首次分离得到。 Objective To study the chemical constituents of leaves of Syringa veutina Kom. Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel column and identified by the physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Six compounds were obtained and identified as (-)-olivil( 1 ), (-)- secoisrariciresinol-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 2), oleuropein ( 3 ), demethyloleuropein ( 4 ), 10-hydroxyoleuro- pein(5) and lucidumoside C(6). Conclusions Compound 2 and 6 are firstly isolated from genus syringa. Compounds 1,4 and 5 are isolated from. this plant for the first time.
