钛白废酸的综合利用研究现状及展望 被引量:29

摘要 硫酸法钛白生产中,每生产ll钛白约产生硫酸质量分数在20%左右的废酸8~10t,废酸的治理和综合利用是解决钛白生产环境污染的一项重要工作。综述了近年来国内外对钛白废酸治理与综合利用所采取的一些措施,介绍了硫酸回收常用的浓缩、扩散渗析及萃取等方法;总结了以钛白废酸为原料生产硫酸亚铁铵、石膏、人造金红石、过磷酸钙、聚合硫酸铁及铁红颜料的各种工艺;重点阐述了从钛白废酸中分离提取钛、钒、钪、铁等有价金属的方法。提出了治理废酸的同时,综合利用钛白废酸中的各种资源,变废为宝,指明钛白废酸综合利用的发展方向。 In the production of titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid process, the production of 1 t titanium dioxide will gen- erate 8 - 10 t waste sulfuric acid with mass fraction of about 20%. Treatment and comprehensive utilization of waste acid is a very important work for solving environment pollution of titanium dioxide production. Some methods for the treatment and comprehensive utilization of titanium dioxide waste acid at home and abroad in recent years were summarized. Methods of concentration, diffusion dialysis, and extraction etc, commonly used in recovery of sulfuric acid were introduced. Various technologies of producing ferrous ammonium sulfate, gypsum, synthetic ruffle, calcium superphosphate, polyferric sulfate, and ironbased painted with titanium dioxide waste acid as raw material were sumed up. Methods of separating and extracting scandium, titanium, vanadium, iron, and other valuable metals from waste acid were emphasized. Lastly, development direc- tion of comprehensive utilization of titanium dioxide waste acid utilizing various resources in waste acid simultaneously while treating and controlling it to change waste into valuable was pointed out.
