摘要
介绍了一种新型降膜蒸发器——伞板降膜蒸发器,对伞板蒸发器进行了结构说明。以水和碳酸钾溶液为介质,对其传热进行了实验研究,得到了伞板降膜蒸发侧无因次传热系数的实验关联式;在小流量情况下,通过对液膜破裂进行研究,得出了液膜破裂的极限条件。这种蒸发器可实现多效蒸发,便于低品位余热的再利用,具有广阔的应用前景。
New-type falling film evaporator---umbrella-plate falling film evaporator was introduced. Structure of umbrella- plate evaporator was explained. Heat transfer performance of the evaporator was studied with water and potassium carbonate solution as medium. Formula of dimensionless heat transfer coefficient on evaporation side of umbrella-plate falling film evap- orator was obtained. By experimental investigation to break of liquid film at small flux, critical condition of liquid film break was got. This evaporator has wide application prospect which can realize muhieffect evaporation and is convenient to the re- use of low-grade waste heat.
