摘要
目的探讨循环内皮细胞(CEC)在肿瘤患者外周血中的变化及其临床意义。方法用流式细胞术检测48例正常对照和80例肿瘤患者外周血中CEC的数量,并观察肿瘤缓解患者CEC数量的变化。结果①与正常对照组比较,肿瘤组CEC数量显著升高,统计学有显著性差异(t=3.698,P<0.001);②肿瘤缓解组CEC数量显著低于未缓解组(t=3.488,P<0.05)。结论CEC变化可能与肿瘤的发生、发展有密切的关系,有望作为肿瘤疗效观察的指标。
Objective To study the clinical significance of measuring circulating endothelial cells （CEC） in patients with malignant tumor. Methods CEC were detected in 48 normal control and 80 patients with malignant tumor by flow cytometry analysis, the changes of CEC in relieved patients with malignant tumor were observed. Results ①CEC in patients with malignant tumor（4.38± 3.52）μL was obviously higher than that in normal control（ 2.42 ± 1.33）μL（ t = 3. 698, P 〈 0. 001 ）. ②CEC in relieved patients with malignant tumor（ 2.73 ±1.00）μL was significantly lower than that in non-relieved patients with malignant tumor（ 4.33 ±2.17）μL（t = 3. 488, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The changes of CEC are closely related to the pathogenesis and the development of malignant tumor, and it may become a useful marker of treatment effect in malignant tumor patients.
