摘要
皮带传动被广泛的运用到生产和加工中,而对传动起关键作用的槽轮的加工是关键,通过对槽轮在普通车床和数控车床上的加工进行分析和比较,着重介绍了在数控车床上利用刀具的左右刀尖巧用G72指令对槽轮进行编程和加工的整个过程。
Belt drive is widely used in producing and processing, the key point of which is the processing of the geneva wheel that plays key roles during the course of the drive. By analyzing and comparing the processing work between common lathe and NC lathe, this paper mainly introduces the whole course of programming and processing for the geneva wheel on NC lathe by skillfully using the G72 instructions on the left right tool noses.
