作为一个兼有知识密集和技术密集、资本密集和劳动密集特点的外向型和增值型的服务行业,现代物流行业对于人才的培养提出了新的要求。阐述了我国物流信息人才培养的现状和存在的主要问题,提出了人才培养的基本方案和政策性建议。

As an export- oriented and value- added service industry with characteristics of knowledge- intensive, technology - intensive, capital- intensive as well as labor- intensive, modern logistics industry raise new demands for the cultivation of talents. The paper expounds the current situation and existing problems of talents cultivation for logistics information in our country and presents the basic scheme and policy suggestions of the cultivation.
