摘要
将联苯(DP)、二苯醚(DPE)、对苯二甲酰氯(TPC)、间苯二甲酰氯(IPC)进行付-克酰化聚合,制得了含联苯的聚醚酮酮(DPEKK)、用红外光谱、X射线衍射、差热分析、热失重和耐溶剂试验对共聚物进行了分析表征。含联苯的聚醚酮酮比聚醚酮酮(PEKK)具有更优异的性能。
Polyether ketone ketones containing diphenyl group(DPEKKs) were prepared by Friedel Crafts acylation polycondensation of diphenyl(DP), diphenyl ether(DPE), terephthaloyl chloride(TPC) and isophthaloyl chloride(IPC). The prepared copolymers were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, X ray diffraction, solvent resistant test, differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetry. The melting temperatures and glass transition temperature of the DPEKKs are higher than that of the PEKK when the mole ratios of diphenyl to diphenyl ether are between 5/95 to 50/50. The crystallinities of the DPEKKs increase with increasing of mole ratios of diphenyl to diphenyl ether and the decomposing temperature of the DPEKKs are higher than that of the PEKK. The DPEKKs have excellent chemical resistant property and possess higher service temperatures than the PEKK.
