基于V形内锥式节流装置测量高炉煤气的研究 被引量:1

摘要 在冶金工业中,高炉煤气等含杂质煤气的测量相当普遍。高炉煤气流量测量是个难度较高的课题。由于高炉煤气具有管径大、流速低、粉尘大、易堵塞等特点,其流量用常规装置测量效果不尽理想。为此,提出了采用V形内锥式气体流量计来测量高炉煤气,着重介绍了V锥形流量计的测量原理、基本装置和应用于高炉煤气流量测量的突出优点,并根据高炉煤气的化学性质,进一步分析了其对测量准确度的影响,从而确定此流量计在高炉煤气流量测量上的可行性。此流量计在高炉煤气流量测量中有着重要作用。 In the metallurgical industry, the measurement of impurities--contained coal gas, such as blast furnace gas, is quite common. The flow measurement of blast furnace gas is a more difficult task. As a result of the features of blast furnace gas, such as large diameter, low flow velocity, more dust, and easy being pluged up, the flow measurements with conventional devices have not ideal results . In this paper, using V-cone throttle gas device to measure the blast furnace gas is put forward, and the focuses are put on the measuring principle, the basic devices and the outstanding advantages of V cone flowmeter .The influences of chemical features of blast furnace gas on measuring accuracy is further analyzed too. The feasibility of this flowmeter used in the flow measurement of blast furnace gas is determined. The research show that this kind of flowmeter can play an important role in flow measurement of blast furnace gas.
