摘要
对一组不同配比的氯乙烯/N-苯基马来酰亚胺(N-PMI)共聚树脂的热性能用热机械分析(TMA)、热天平(TG)、示差量热扫描法(DSC)等作了测定,结果表明,与N-PMI共聚能显著提高耐热变形性、初期耐热分解性与PVC树脂相当,从单体结构参数和共聚合行为对所得结果进行了讨论。
The suspension copolymerization of vinyl chloride and N phenylmaleimide (N PMI) was studied in order to improve heatresistant properties of PVC resin. The method of group additivity showed that the copolymerization of N PMI with VCM would result in the increase of C ∞ and decrease of υ c. The vicat softening temperature of copolymer at different stresses was examined. Because of the heterogeneous copolymer composition, the occurance of little strain of copolymer and PVC was at approximately the same temperature, about 80 ℃, while the amount of N PMI increased, the strain of elasticity state decreased and the liquid state began at higher temperature. Based on their thermogram curves, the copolymer and PVC had the same intial heat decompositiion temperature and rate.
