摘要
用XPS、IR、UV和HPLC等方法,研究漆酚甲醛缩聚物与FeCl3形成黑推光漆的机理。结果表明,该黑推光漆的形成首先是漆酚甲醛缩聚物与FeCl3发生配位聚合反应,生成漆酚醛高分子金属铁(Ⅲ)配合物,然后该配合物在固化成膜过程中进一步发生聚合反应,形成体型结构的黑色漆膜。
A black polished lacquer from urushiol aldehyde vanish and ferric chloride has many excellent properties. The formation mechanism of the lacquer was studied by XPS, IR, UV, HPLC and ESR. The results showed that urushiol aldehyde vanish coordinated with FeCl 3 and formed urushiol aldehyde macromolecular iron(Ⅲ) complex. In the film making process, the double bonds contained in the alkenyl side chain of the complex polymerized into black film.
