摘要
以含环氧基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基胶,以胺类化合物为固化交联剂进行了新型加成型硫化硅橡胶的研究。实验结果表明,在基胶分子量为2×104~3×104,环氧链节数为1%时,采用脂肪胺TEPA、PEPA等以及703#为固化剂,制备得到了具有一定机械力学强度的中温硫化硅橡胶。在基胶分子量约为5×105,环氧链节数为0.4%~0.5%时,以PEPA为固化交联剂,在130℃×4h二段硫化工艺条件下,制备得到了拉伸强度为2.0~2.3MPa,邵氏硬度为46~76的高温硫化硅橡胶。
By using polydimethylsiloxane containing epoxy groups as base gum, the compounds containing amino groups as crosslinking reagent, a new addition type curable silicone rubber were prepared. The result show that when the molecular weight and the chain of epoxy group of the base gum were 2×10 4 ̄3×10 4, 1% respectively, TEPA, PEPA and 703 # were used as crosslinking reagent at 110 ℃×4 h, the tensile strength and the hardness Shore A of some vulcanizates can reach as high as 1.06 MPa and 45 respectively. When the molecular weight and the chain of epoxy group of the base gum were about 5×10 5, 0.4% ̄0.5%, respectively, fatty amino PEPA were used as crosslinking reagent under 130 ℃×4 h two stage cure, the tensile strength and hardness Shore A of vulcanizates are 2.0 ̄2.3 MPa, 46 ̄76, respectively. In the meantime, this paper also deals with the mechanism of epoxy opening.
