摘要
采用专家调查与数理统计等研究方法,对陕西省竞技体育人力资源的现状进行分析。结果显示,教练员的综合素质、项目布局、运动员培养、经费投入以及体育科研发展水平是制约陕西省竞技体育人力资源发展的主要因素。提出加强优秀教练员的培养、引进与交流,整合和优化竞技运动项目布局,加大竞技体育后备人才培养力度,加强体育科研监管和经费投入,密切体育科研与竞技体育训练的结合等对策与措施,为陕西省各级政府和体育管理部门制定有关政策以及确定体育发展规划提供参考依据。
The paper, on the basis of investigation and mathematical statistics, analyzes the present situation of human resottree on competitive sports in Shannxi Province, and the result shows that the main factors restraining the development of its sports human resource are as follows: coaches' comprehensive quality, event distribution, athlete training, financial investment and sport science research. Therefore, the paper comes up with some countermeasures to serve as official referenee and basis for policy making and sports development planning. They are to cultivate, absorb and exchange of excellent coaches, integrate and improve the competitive sports projects, strengthen the cultivation of talent, reinforce the superstition on sports research and investment, and combine the research and training closely.
