摘要
以体育院校培养创新人才为目标,以课程体系和教学内容为切入点,运用文献综、问卷调查等方法,对创新人才的内涵,体育院校培养与创新人才相适应的课程体系和教学内容管理进行研究,结果表明:创新人才由一般素质、创新素质和创新成果三部分组成,从逻辑关系上说,一般素质是基础,创新素质是关键,创新成果是核心;体育院校应注重学生个性发展,使学生知识结构合理、专业水平突出;增加限制选修课程数量,按一级学科设置限制选修课小板块,在确保体育学为核心学科基础上,增加一定比例其他一级学科课程和增加一定比例综合性课程;扩大课程种类,增设艺术类和辩论类课程;更新教学内容,在确保传授好本专业经典知识基础上,突出传授本专业和相邻专业最新、最前沿知识,鼓励教师将重要研究课题取得的成果充实到教学内容中,适时地增加一些交叉学科知识。
Aiming at the training of innovative talents in sports universities and taking the curriculum system and teaching content as the breakthrough point, the paper focuses on the connotation of innovative talents, curriculum system and teaching content administration adapted to the training of innovative talents. The results indicate that innovative talents consist of general quality which is the foundation, innovative quality which is the key point, and innovative achievements which is the core; and that sports universities should emphasize students' personality development so as to rationalize their knowledge structure and to stress their professional standard; and that the universities should increase optional courses and other comprehensive courses, and extend categories of courses, add artistic and debating courses; and that the universities should update the teaching content, emphasize the most updated knowledge when teach students classical knowledge of their own profession, and encourage teachers to add their research result and inter-disciphne knowledge into the teaching content.
