摘要
本文根据不锈钢酸洗项目中腐蚀介质的状态,主要分析了常见防腐蚀材料的不同的性能,对酸液贮罐、地面、设备、地沟地坑、废液处理池等需防腐的地方,进行了结构和选材方面的优化设计,给出了不同介质情况下,如何选择合适的防腐蚀材料的建议,在保证防腐蚀寿命的基础上,合理的降低了成本,可以作为生产厂家和防腐蚀公司的选材及施工的参考。
This article has explained anti-corrosion condition in stainless steel production line, and as well accounted for the varieties AC materials＇ performance, thereby we conclude the right materials selection and there constructions in different corrosionpending parts and items in the production line, which is good reference of the guarantee engineering quantity but effective in cost, no matter for the end-users and engineering firms.
