摘要
对CPF型熔体预过滤器的结构和安装进行了分析，并通过对螺栓的联接强度进行计算和校核，确定了正确的紧固力矩，提出了解决漏浆的方法，从而保证了预过滤器联接的紧密性和可靠性。
In this paper,the construction and installation of CPF Polymer Filter is analyzed,with calculation and correction to the strength of bolt conjuction,the fastening torque moment was used and the solution of leakage of CPF was put forward. Based on these methods,the tight close property and reliability of conjunction for polymer filter is guaranteed.
