摘要
本文以两位大学英语教师的课堂目的语使用情况为例,分析了教师的教学理念对教学策略选择的制约。通过对国内外有关教师理念研究成果的回顾,探讨了教学理念和课堂教学实践的关系,旨在帮助教师和管理部门充分意识到教学理念对教学实践的指导意义,培养教师正确的教学理念,从而实现教学效果的最佳化。本文属案例研究。
A case study is conducted in this paper which analyzes the constraints disposed by teaching notions on the choice of teaching strategies through observation of two English teachers using targeted language in their classroom practice. By reviewing the results of researches on teachers' notions, the paper discusses how teaching notions influence teachers' classroom practice. Therefore, this paper tends to raise aware- ness of professional English teachers and relevant administrative departments of the guiding significance of teaching notions to teachers' classroom actions so as to foster teachers' correct teaching notions and yield better results in language teaching.
