论复合型外语人才培养模式的构建与实施

本文首先阐述了复合型外语人才的含义，并以商务英语专业为例，提出了复合型外语人才培养的四大模块。文章最后提出要通过强化社会需求，构建开放式的教学管理体系，强化课程建设，培养学生创新素质和强化师资队伍建设等具有跨越性、富有弹性的多元化外语教育机制与途径培养复合型外语人才，以满足我国社会主义市场经济发展和对外开放的需要。

This article first explains the meaning of multi-skill foreign language talents and takes the commercial English specialty as an example to propose four big modules of training to cultivate multi-skill foreign language talents. Finally, it puts forward more flexible and multiplex foreign language education mechanisms and methods by strengthening social demand, constructing an open teaching management system, strengthening curriculum construction, improving students＇ creativity and strengthening teachers abilities, so as to meet the need for talents under the context of current economic development.
