缺氧诱导因子-2α在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及与血管内皮生长因子的关系

摘要 目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌中缺氧诱导因子-2α(hypoxia-inducible factor 2 alpha,HIF-2α)的表达及其与血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测非小细胞肺癌组织中HIF-2α和VEGF的表达。结果:45例非小细胞肺癌组织中HIF-2α和VEGF表达阳性率分别为77.78%(35/45)和75.56%(34/45),10例正常肺组织中HIF-2α不表达,VEGF阳性仅1例。HIF-2α和VEGF的表达结果显示:与肿瘤大小、分化程度无显著性相关(P>0.05);与淋巴结转移、病理类型、临床分期有显著性相关(P<0.05);HIF-2α和VEGF的表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:HIF-2α和VEGF联合检测对于肺癌的预后及治疗有一定的指导作用。 Objective:To study the expression of HIF -2α gene and its relationship with VEGF protein in non - small cell lung cancer. Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to examine the expression of HIF - 2 α and VEGF in 45 cases of NSCLC tissue section . Results :Positive HIF -2α and VEGF expression was detected in 77.78% and 75.56% of 45 eases of NSCLC tissue section, HIF- 2α expression was not detected and VEGF expression was only 1 positive of 10 eases of normal lung tissue No relation with tumor differentiation,tumor size ( P 〉0. 05 ). Histopathological type,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage correlated with the expression of HIF -2α and VEGF ( P 〈 0. 05 ). HIF - 2α level positively correlated with VEGF level ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: The detection of VEGF and HIF -2α play an important role in prognosis and treatment of NSCLC.
