摘要
目的:对乳腺癌保乳术在乳腺癌手术方式中的应用比例进行调查,分析保乳术临床应用情况。方法:对124例乳腺癌的手术方式进行调查,利用结构性访谈法和统计学手段对数据进行整理。结果:乳腺癌保乳术在临床手术方式中应用的比例较低。结论:乳腺癌保乳术在临床应用比例较低,有其客观和主观原因,需要患者和医师共同努力,使乳腺癌保乳术在早期乳腺癌患者中得到普及。
Objective：To analyse the state of the clinical application of breast conserving surgery. Methods：To investigate the methods of operation in 124 cases of breast cancer patients retrospectively. Results： The proportion of clinical application of breast conserving surgery was quite low. Conclusion：The reasons of low percentage of clinical application of breast conserving surgery are related to the decision of doctor and patients.
