摘要 目的:评价Survivin分子信标在宫颈癌诊断中的敏感性和特异性,预测其在宫颈癌早期诊断中的应用价值。方法:应用已验证的Survivin分子信标检测临床宫颈癌患者及健康对照者的宫颈细胞学刮片,并用相应的肿瘤组织行Western-blot检测作为进一步验证。结果:44例宫颈癌患者的宫颈刮片样本中Survivin分子信标检测阳性者27例,敏感性61.37%,特异性为72.72%;Western-blot检测敏感性为76.1%。结论:Sur-vivin分子信标在检测宫颈癌中有较好的敏感性和特异性,其荧光表达强度与Western-blot检测的蛋白表达浓度成正比;可能是一种可行的、有效的宫颈癌早期诊断及术后随访检测方法。 Objective:Examining the feasibility of survivin molecular beacon in diagnosing cevieal cancer. Methods : Detecting the cevical scraping smear of the eevical cancer patients and health adults with survivin molecular beacon. To validate the results of Survivin MBs, compared survivin molecular beacon with western - blot analysis. Restilts : In all 44 specimens ,27 cases were positive in Survivin molecular test, sensitivity was 61.37% and the specificity was 72.72% ;The sensitivity of western -blot was 76.1%. Conclusion: Survivin MB is a specific and sensitive molecular probe for detecting cevical cancer patients and has great potential for early detection of the cevical cancer and follow -up after operation.
