不结球白菜雄性不育新种质不育系和保持系的同工酶差异表达分析 被引量:1

摘要 利用聚丙酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳技术,研究了不结球白菜雄性不育新种质不育系与保持系在营养生长期和盛花期的叶片、花蕾及花朵的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和酯酶(EST)同工酶谱带的差异。结果表明:在生长发育的不同时期不育系与保持系的POD、SOD及EST同工酶表达种类及表达活性之间均存在差异。在盛花期,不育系花蕾和花朵的POD均比保持系多1条特征带,叶片的SOD比保持系少2条特征带;EST同工酶的表达谱带无论是在叶片、花蕾还是花朵中均比保持系少。 The vegetative-stage and full-bloom-stage leaves, flower buds and flowers of male sterile line and maintainer line of new non-heading Chinese cabbage germplasm were used as test materials and their band differences in isozymes of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxydase(POD)and esterase (EST)were analyzed by means of vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that there were differences in the varieties and activity of all isozyme expression between the male sterile line and maintainer line at different development stages. The full-bloom-stage flower buds and flowers of the male sterile line had one characteristic band of POD more than those of the maintainer line,but the full-bloom-stage leaves of the male sterile lin had two characteristic bands of SOD less than those of the maintainer line. All the leaves, flower buds and flowers of the male sterile line had less characteristic bands of EST isozyme expression than those of the maintainer line.
