摘要
将样品中的富马酸二甲酯经甲醇-氨水溶液(20+1)提取,以甲醇-乙酸钠缓冲液(55+45)为流动相,通过C18柱分离,经高效液相色谱紫外检测器于220 nm处检测,外标法定量,结果表明:富马酸二甲酯标准溶液在0.5~10.0μg/mL范围内呈线性相关(r=0.9999),不同浓度水平的添加回收率为81.2%~112.0%,检出限为0.05mg/kg。试验证明甲醇氨水溶液提取是一种准确、方便的测定食品中富马酸二甲酯的方法。
The dimethyl fumarate(DMF)in food samples was extracted with methanol-ammonia solution(20 + 1)and determined with HPLC-ultraviolet detector at 220 nm by using methanol-sodium acetate(55 + 45)buffer as mobile phase. By this method the DMF standard solution had a good linear correlation(r = 0. 9999)between 0.5-10.0 μg/mL,the recovery rate at different standard concentrations spiked was 81.2% - 112.0%, and the detection limit was 0.05 mg/kg. The tests proved that extracting DMF with methanol-ammonia solution is a convenient and precise method for the determination of DMF in food.
