聚丙烯装置先进控制采用国内自主研发的PACROS技术方案,实现了聚丙烯熔融指数的闭环控制、聚合产量的自动控制与优化、以及产品牌号自动切换,实现了减轻操作员工作强度、平稳控制、质量卡边、自动牌号切换和提高经济效益的项目总目标。
Advanced Control in Polypropylene Plant uses PACROS technology plan which is self-developed.It achieves the goal of Melt Index closed-loop control, automatic control of polymer production and optimization, automatic transfer of grade,and it also can reduce working strength, increase stability control and quality, improve economic efficiency.
