摘要
就炼油厂常减压装置中加热炉扩容改造中出现的物料出口的温度控制不稳定问题进行了分析,指出了旧的前馈-负反馈控制系统存在的问题,针对加热炉扩容后出现的控制大滞后问题提出了解决办法,利用霍尼韦尔可编程调节器的组态软件,进行了前馈-增益自适应的smith预估补偿控制系统改造,保证了主参数的平稳,而且燃料用量也相应减少,满足了工艺的要求,使加热炉出口温度的控制达到了预期的效果。
This article aims at the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit at the refinery furnace expansion in the transformation, and the material exporting temperature control is analyzed, pointing out the old Feedforward-negative feedback control system problems, for heating expansion furnace after the issue of control of large time delay a solution to use Honeywell programmable regulator configuration software. A feedforward-Gain Adaptive Smith estimated compensation control system to ensure the main parameters smoothly, and a corresponding reduction in fuel consumption meet the requirements of the process as well, so that the control of furnace outlet temperature reached the desired results.
