四会市城市污水处理厂的设计与运行

Design and Operation of Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant in Sihui City

四会市污水处理厂采用了厌氧反应池/高负荷生物滤池/固体接触池处理工艺,该工艺具有造价低、出水水质好、运行费用低、污泥产量少等优点。污水厂出水COD、BOD5、SS、氨氮、磷酸盐分别为32、12、10、7.6、0.48 mg/L,达到了设计要求,运行费用仅为0.48元/m3。

The combined process of anaerobic reaction tank/high load biological filter/solid contact tank is used in Sihui Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant. This combined process has advantages of low cost, high quality effluent, low operation costs and low sludge yield. The effluent COD, BOD5, SS, NH3 - N and phosphate are 32 rag/L, 12 rng/L, 10 mg/L, 7.6 mg/L and 0.48 mg/L respectively, reaching the design requirement, and the operation cost is only 0.48 yuan/m^3.
