摘要
首先介绍了LINGO求解有约束非线性优化问题的具体建模与求解过程,同时运用LINGO9.0模型语言优化算法,对工程上的焊接条设计问题进行了研究,快速得到了可靠且比常规优化算法更精确的最优解1.724858,最后给出了用LINGO优化软件实现灵敏度分析的具体过程,通过灵敏度分析进一步确定影响焊接条最优设计的主次因素,给操作人员带来一定的参考价值。
In this paper,how to build up a mold with LINGO is illustrated,at the same time ,an processes to solve the optimization problems with nonlinear constraints by LINGO is presented.Then, we make a research on the engineering problem of welded beam based on LINGO model language.Finally, an optimization result is obtained quickly which is more accurate and reliable than other results based on regular optimizing algorithm.At last ,how to use LINGO optimization software to do the sensitive analysis is presented in this paper.And by the sensitive analysis we can make sure whether the element which can influent the optimization in welded beam is primary or secondary.In this way,the operator can get a reference materials.
