102例高龄患者全髋关节置换术的术中护理

Intraoperative nursing of 102 elderly patients with total hip arthroplasty

目的探讨高龄患者行全髋置换术术中的有效护理方法。方法回顾性总结了102例70岁以上全髋置换术高龄患者的心理、生理、术中护理特点与方法。结果102例高龄全髋置换术患者手术顺利,安返病房。结论手术室护理人员做好术前访视,了解高龄患者的生理和心理特点,加强术中护理,术后正确搬动与转运患者,能保证手术顺利与安全。

Objective To explore the effective methods of intraoperative nursing for elderly patients with total hip arthro-plasty. Methods The intraoperative physiological and psychological nursing measures were retrospectively summarized in 102 patients aged over 70 with total hip arthroplasty. Results All the patients returned to the wards safely after successful surgery. Conclusion Careful preoperative visit,mastery of the physiological and psychological characteristics of elderly patients,intensive intraoperative care and postoperative transferring patients in right way are the key points to ensure the operation successfully and safely.
