This paper introduced the methods and effectiveness of the theory and practice cross training mode in ICU specialty nurse training. This training mode improved the ICU nurses＇ specialist theory,skills and comprehensive coping ability, which was proved to be feasible and effective for ICU specialty nurse training,but depends on the tutors and needs of the students.
