自动氢化物发生—原子吸收光谱法连续测定地质样品中痕量砷、锑、铋 被引量:4

摘要 本法采用改装后的日立HFS-2型氢化物发生器和两种自制T型石英管与原子吸收光谱仪主机配合。以积分方式进行测量,使操作简化,节约试剂,扩大了线性范围.用本法一次取样后,加入选定的混合还原抑制剂,可连续测定地质样品中痕量砷、锑、铋.其检出限分别为0.33,0.80,0.41ng/ml,相对标准偏差小于6%. This paper applies hydride generator of improved HFS-2 type and two kinds of T-type quartz tubes cooperate with main machine of atomic absorption spectroscopy. Determination is conducted by way of integration providing operating simplicity, saving reagents and extended linear limit. After a sample collecting, and adding mixed restorable inhibition, trace arsenic, antimony and bimuth contents in geological samples can be continuously detected. Detection limits of As, Sb and Bi are 0.33, 0.80 and 041 ng/ml, respectively, RSD % is less than 6%.
