摘要
通过对6根不同配筋率、不同再生粗骨料取代率的混凝土简支梁的受弯试验,分析了再生粗骨料混凝土受弯构件的正截面受力、构件的变形性能和破坏特征。根据《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB50010—2002)提出的普通混凝土梁的受弯性能计算公式,验算了再生混凝土梁的开裂弯矩、极限弯矩、挠度和最大裂缝宽度。验算结果表明,用普通混凝土梁的计算公式计算再生混凝土梁的开裂弯矩和极限弯矩是可行的;而最大裂缝宽度计算结果略小于实测值,且变异系数较大;挠度的计算值小于实测值近20%。
The flexural behavior of simply-supported recycled aggregate concrete beams with different percentage of reinforcement and axial compressive strength and different replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate is investigated. Besides the flexural capacity, the characteristics of both deflection and cracking are analyzed. After the formula suggested by Code for Design of Concrete Structures (GB50010--2002) for recycled concrete beams is verified, a conclusion can be drawn that the cracking moment and the ultimate moment of recycled concrete beams can be estimated by the formula suggested by curret code; the value of calculation is smaller than practical value for the width of crack, variation coefficient of the maximum loading are larger; the value of calculation is close to 20% smaller than practical value for deflection.
